Organic Kamut Sourdough Bread

Kamut is a distant cousin of wheat. It is thought that this grain was found in the Egyptian Pharaohs tombs and re-grown from there. Kamut is a beautiful gold grain which is very high in protein and minerals. Kamut is a high energy grain which give the body lots of energy . It contains lots of complex carbohydrates which release slowly into the body. Kamut contains low levels of very easy digestible gluten. Very good for people with intolerance tendencies towards wheat.
